      AromaTouch® Procedure

The ArōmaTouch Technique includes four primary steps designed to minimize systematic stressors to autonomic balance. Each step includes the application of two essential oils or essential oil blends specifically formulated to support healthy emotional and physiological functions for well-being. The technique requires 45 minutes per application, and multiple applications can be serviced with one set of dōTERRA essential oils.

By using a specific set of oils in a precise protocol, the AromaTouch technique focuses on four different areas: stress relief, immune enhancement, inflammatory response reduction, and homeostasis. Each session takes about 45 minutes, but may also be scheduled and fully completed in 40 minutes to accompany your massage for the ultimate relaxation experience. While a typical Aromatouch session is done on the back and feet, it can also be done on the hands as a quick 10-minute accompaniment with the essential oil of your choosing.

Below is the information on each oil used in the AromaTouch Technique and the specific needs they address to give you a better understanding of their natural healing properties.
