  • FAQ & Blue Skye’s Massage Clinic’s Policies

    • Groupon Policies Please be on time for your appointments. If it is your first visit, we suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early to allow for traffic surprises, navigation issues and time to get settled before your appointment starts.
    • Be prepared to fill out a client intake form when you arrive. If you prefer, you may download from our website and fill out ahead of time.
    • Tipping is not required but is always appreciated by our staff members. You are welcome to leave gratuities in cash or on your credit card.
    • We require a credit card hold or gift certificate number for appointments and services. Clients who do not wish to provide this may pre-pay for their appointments instead.
    • As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, we request 24 hours notice for all cancellations to avoid a fee. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
    •  For Groupon Policies  and other discounted vouchers and certificates, late cancellations may result in your voucher being fully voided as per the terms listed on your certificate.
    • No-shows
      Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
    • Late Arrivals
      If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
    • Please turn off cell phones while inside and take any “emergency” conversations outside so as not to disturb any sessions in progress.
    • Massage packages are non-refundable & non transferable. Must be used within 3 months of purchase date
